Aqua Blue

Aqua BlueSomewhat similar to Turquoise but lighter and with a little more blue tones. I found the ink to look good for business and personal use.

Blue Black

Blue BlackA very right dark blue-black ink. Very good flow. Looks great on business documents. Some feedback from uysers in terms of slow flow. I have used this on a limited basis and found it to be good - I will watch its performance.

China Blue

China BlueAn interesting blue, my bottle is much darker than the colour swatch on the Diamine web site.

Florida Blue

Florida BlueWaterman Florida Blue is such a standard, that I was expecting a more neutral blue. There is a bit of brightness to this ink.

Havasu Turquoise

Havasu TurquoiseA nice dark turquoise, I have enjoyed using this for business and personal writing. More green in the ink than the colour swatch on the Diamine web site.

I like the colour of this ink, but must put out a note about staining. This colour has left ink stains on the outer body of a celluloid pen I have, so I have stopped using it in other than my "blacks".

Imperial Blue

Imperial BlueA real purple tone to this blue.

Indigo Blue

Indigo BlueA nice mid bue with good depth of colour.

Majestic Blue

Majestic Blue I rank the tone of this colour as one of my favourite inks for the year, in 2009. I have been using it in a variety of pens and found that is performance suffers in my Montegrappa and OMAS pens. In terms of Montegrappa, others have let me know they have had similar issues. .

Mediterranean Blue

Mediterranean Blue It is like a lighter turquoise for those who want an ink that is more subtle.

Marine Blue

Marine BlueAnother turquoise option.

Midnight

MidnightA real dark blue with just a tinge of purple undertones. Very easy on the eye in business documents.

Presidential Blue

A good blue, has depth of colour. I have used it for business and personal writing.

Prussian Blue

Prussian BlueKind of a very light blue black.

Royal Blue

Royal BlueA mid blue, looks good in both business and personal notes.

Sapphire Blue

Sapphire BlueJust about a purple ink! Strong colour. While the ink has good flow, there is some feathering. Same pen, different ink on same paper did not experience the feathering, so it is a quality of the ink. The nib was the M1000 Broad so it was noticeable because of the heavy line of ink being laid on the paper.

Steel Blue

Steel Blue Lots of green in this ink to give it a very interesting look.

Turquoise

TurqoiseThere are a a couple of turquoise colours by Diamine and this is more of a mid-tone option.

Washable Blue

Washable Blue Not sure what the name really means as all the inks are water based. I gave this a water test and it had not noticable difference in reacting to water than the other Diamine colours I tested.

WES Kensington Blue

WES Kensignton Blue

A good strong blue with turquoise tones that Diamine made for London's Writing Equipment Society (WES)..

This ink dooes dry rather quickly on the paper. The color swatch on the Diamine web site does not properly represent the ink, at least the ink that I have.

Information about Diamine Ink is available on their web site: www.diamineinks.co.uk/

In Canada, Stylus Fine Pens is the distributor.
